  2. I am a stay at home mom, so I started couponing as a hobby. Then I started to see all the money I was saving and now I am hooked. My husband is in the military so we dont make a lot of money and couponing is a way for me to save us money so we can do fun family things. I will never again buy things without coupons. 5. I was brought up in a house where my mom couponed all the time so it wasn't much of a transition for me to coupon when I moved out but, I didn't start getting "serious" about it until about a year ago. Nothing tragic happened - just realized what could be done with coupons and I have been an "extremist" ever since :)

  9. Leann,
I haven't seen your blog until today, but I will be back, I can sure use your help.
I have used coupons here and there all my life, so I always knew they could save you money. But it wasn't until my husband and I both lost our jobs within just a few months of each other than I realized, it wasn't just a good idea, it was a necessity to use them! Oh my gosh, times are tight around here, but we are making it thanks to serious effort into saving money on everything from gas to groceries, and other things too- like getting the car services :)
I have had a whole lot of fun learning couponing and have a great deal of pride in a good shopping trip too. I really appreciate people like you helping " students" out.

  12. I have been watching extreme couponing and since my daughter will be going off to college in the fall we really need to save where ever possible. We also need to stock pile some items for her to bring to college and since my husband is self-employed and the economy is killing his business we really, really need to save $ somewhere! Love your site, thank you!!
